Married second Elizabeth "Lizzie" Frances Snyder 21 January 1903 at Kanawha Station, Wood Co., WV. She born about 1868 in Rockingham County, Virginia. She was still living in 1920.
William Fernando Milstead was a riverboat gambler. He traveled on the Muskingum, Ohio and Mississippi Rivers.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at McCracken funeral home for William F. Milstead, who died Saturday at the home of his son, Jasper, Cambridge Route 2. Rev. Mr. Fowler was in charge and interment was made in Center cemetery.
