Obituary for Sanford Bud Brown: Funeral services for Sanford Brown, 83, Wagoner pioneer farmer, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Wagoner Church of God with Rev. Orvile Childers, pastor, officiating. Born in Junction City, Kan, he came to Wagoner in 1907.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine, three sons, Oral Brown, Tacoma, Wash., Vernon and Lester Brown, both of Phoenix, Ariz, two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Holland, West Frankfort, Ill, Mrs Verona Castillo, Wagoner, and step-son Kenneth Heath, Phoenix, Ariz. one step-daughter, Mrs Lois Cannon, Wagoner, two brothers, Palmer Brown, Danville, Ark. and Joe Brown, Chaffee, Mo. 22 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and one step grandchild.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Herman Funeral Home, Wagoner.
