Surviving are three sons: Mark (Jeannie), Robert, Richard (Denise) Buczk-owski, all of Bay City; six grandchildren: Mark Buczkowski, Laurie (Joel) Weiss, Connie (Roy) Ballard, Becky (John) Kustuch, Shannon (Randy) Bowman and Erik Buczkowski; three great grandchildren: Stephanie, Josh and Katelyn; his sister, Irene Schultz of Bay City. Besides his wife and parents, Alex was preceded in death by two sisters, Clara Kopiski and Gene-vieve Buczkowski and his daughter-in-law, Cheryl Buczkowski.
The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Friday, June 22, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. Alexander will lie in state in church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of ser-vice. Rev. George Serour will preside and the Rite of Committal with the Military Rites under the auspices of the Bay Veterans Council will be in St. Patrick Mausoleum.
