Known as the outcast of the group Abernathy appeared in 22 episodes of the popular show's 14th season in 2004. After leaving the series, she was replaced by Charlie Dordevich. She died from cystic fibrosis in Shoreword, Wisconsin, where she had moved to in 2006.
