DOUGLAS FAIRBANKS JACOBY, 58, of Garland, an engineering aide, died of complications of diabetes at Garland Community Hospital on April 20, 1990. He was born June 10, 1931 to May Reeves and Max Jacoby in Ranger and was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the US Air Force. His wife was Mary Alice.

Survivors at the time of his death include daughters; Clara Jacoby and Diane Jacoby; sons, Brad Jacoby and Max Jacoby. Interment was at Restland Cemetery in Richardson, Texas.
Also surviving are a brother, Mellenger Max Jacoby of Hilltop Lakes, Texas, and two sisters, Claudine Jacoby Dyer of Grand Junction, Colorado, & Laverne Jacoby of Hurst, Texas. Sisters Maxine Jacoby Asher and Clara Mae Jacoby Watson are deceased.
