ST. GEORGE - June B. Anderson, died in her sleep peacefully on November 7, 2005, in St. George, Utah. She was born on April 26, 1912 to Marcellus and Meta Diebold in Los Angeles, California.

She spent her early years in Venice Canoeing the Canals, and swimming. She met the love of her life and married Elvin M. Anderson on April 13, 1936. They shared 69 wonderful years together. They had many happy years working in Southern California before moving to St. George in 1989. She thoroughly enjoyed the city, community and the people in the St. George area. She was a volunteer at the DUP (Daughters of Utah Pioneers) for several years. June was a friend to everyone she met.

Survived by her husband, Elvin of St. George. A private grave dedication will be held at a later date.

No flowers please. One of her main interests was education and seeing that youth had the opportunity to be educated.
