US Congressman. Elected to represent MA in the House of Representatives in three separate terms. First represented the 3rd District, serving from 1805 to 1807. Elected again in 1815 to represent 2 different MA Districts, serving from 1815 to 1825 (3rd District from 1815 to 1817, 4th District from 1817 to 1825). Lastly, elected to again represent the 3rd District, serving from 1831 to 1833.
