Catherine Normile and Michael Enright probably married in the 1820s. They are the parents to Thomas Enright (b. about 1827), Michael Enright (b. about 1829), Mary Enright (b. about 1833) and John Enright born in 1837. They were from Glin, County Limerick, Ireland.
At the time of the potato famine Catherine Normile Enright emigrated with her three sons and daughter to the United States. This information is from her son John's 1909 obituary in the Berkshire County Eagle, Pittsfield, Massachusetts

The biggest discovery was that contrary to what we'd heard from family oral history that Catherine Normile Enright was left back in Ireland waving bye bye to her kids ... au contraire ... Catherine came with her sons, Thomas & Michael, and daughter Mary and her little ten year old Johnny too. That most likely was in 1847/48. Since Catherine's son Thomas said that he went to Albany first, and then to Pittsfield, this leads us to believe that they entered the country through New York City. So the search for them on immigrant ships is narrowed considerably now.
In 1860 U.S. Census for Pittsfield, Catherine "Enwright" age 59 is living with her daughter and family, Mary Enright Tierney and husband William Tierney.
The Pittsfield death record for a "Catherine (Hormile) Enright" (sic) died on November 25, 1868, age 67, from Ireland, of typhus in Pittsfield. Her dates would be 1801-1868.
Originally the family oral tradition was limited to the information on the Pittsfield gravestone. "Catherine Normile Enright, mother of John Enright, 1805-1870."
The handwritten cursive copy of this info above could easily mistake a cursive capital "H" for a cursive capital "N" in Normile. It's just too close and the dates are so close.
The obit for her was literally a one-liner, customary in 1868.
