Proud Confederate Soldier∼Cyrus Baker was born Oct. 1826-7 in Walker Co. Alabama. Wife was Elizabeth, born Jan. 1834 -6 also Alabama. They lived in Nacogdoches, Texas in 1860 (US census). By 1870 they were in Bossier parish, LA. 1880,1900 &1910, they are in Webster parish, LA.
1900 census lists Both Cyrus' & Elizabeth's parents as from North Carolina.
