John Henry Counts, 72, of Linden, Texas, died Monday, Dec. 5, 1994, in Linden.
Mr. Counts was born March 28, 1922, in Titus County, Texas (Son of John Thomas Counts & Annie Pauline (Riddle) Counts) . He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church and the American Legion and an Air Force veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette (Henderson) Frazier Counts of Linden; one brother, Isaac Counts of Queen City, Texas; and four sisters, Mabel Hall of Atlanta, Della Robertson of Austin, Texas and Jackie Rogers and Annie Counts of Odessa, Texas.
Services will be 10 a.m. today (Dec. 7, 1994) in Hanner Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jerry McKeller Officiating. Burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery (located on FM 1841 between Linden and Bivins Texas).
