Third son of Samuel Little and Jerusha Bailey. Husband of Sarah M. Tracy. Teacher. Later he served 21 years as assistant and superintendent of The Connecticut School for Boys in Meriden, CT. He held many public offices in Meriden including Councilman. Republican. Member of the First Congregational Church in Meriden. Temperance advocate. He traveled widely. He gave funds to establish the free public library in Columbia, CT, which bears his name. He named Columbia Street in Meriden after his native town.
