Daughter of John & Lena Peikert Higginbotham. The Higginbothams grew up in the Methodist Faith.
She married my grandad Barney back in 1938. She was a house wife. When my grandad died back in 1962, she had to raise five kids on her own. It actually made my Uncle Bo grow up really fast and he helped out with his siblings.
She loved company as much as she could. She loved us grandkids and was always happy to see us. She also had a drivers license but never drove a car. She didn't even own one.
