Mrs. Jim Marie Boissey, 85, of Beaumont, died Saturday at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. Jim Marie was born in Hemphill, Texas to Douglas A. Glenn and Tennessee Sheppard Glenn. She lived in Groves for fifty-three years and was a lifelong resident of this area. She was a member of the Groves Home Extension Club, lifetime member of PTA, and a member of several RV Clubs. She loved her flowers and to garden. Jimmie was known for her Sunday Dinners, and felt so fortunate to have been able to spend every Christmas with her children and grandchildren. Bob and Jimmie enjoyed their retirement years touring North America and making lifelong friends. They had just celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary on April 29th. Jim Marie is survived by her husband; Robert "Bob" Boissey, two daughters; Carol Dore' and husband, Perry, Tina Comeaux and husband, Charles, two sisters; Bernice Say and Mozelle Lanclos, two granddaughters; Candice Comeaux and Christy Comeaux. She was preceded in death by her parents; Douglas and Tennessee Glenn.
