George Fayette Washington, a citizen of Frederick county, Virginia, died last week, aged 78 years. He was born at Mount Vernon in 1790, was a son of Col. George A. Washington, and a ward of Gen. George Washington. He was for many years one of the wardens of the Episcopal Church at Winchester, and was universally esteemed among his fellow citizens.
