Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Interment, with military honors, will be at2 p.m. Thursday in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Germantown. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Peebles West Chapel. Other survivors include children, Heather Reeves of Millington, John Stuart of Memphis; his mother, Charlene Stuart; and his sister, Jan Fedor, both of Oakland; and one granddaughter.
