Leroy is the son of Thomas and Ardena Raffety. He was a graduate of Orosi High School. He was in the Army for 4 years and served in the Korean War. Attended Humboldt State College. He was a Police officer for 28 years. He enjoyed horseback riding, fishing and hunting and walking in the woods with his dogs. He was a great Uncle to us all.Preceding him in death ia his mom, dad, brother Ed, Sister's Sylvia Brown, Mildred Sinnett,Arveta. Survivors are his wife Roberta, one son & four sisters
