Virginia did spend her last day with her best friend and granddaughter, Kailey.
She was married to Abe G. Cox, he passed away in 1987.
Her survivors include four daughters, Linda Kiesling of Kansas City, KS; Durinda Williams and Kimberly G. Cage, both of Independence, MO; and Billie Jo Ford of Sugar Creek, MO; two sons, William Peach and Leonard Stiles, both of Independence, MO; a brother, Kenneth Peach of Colorado Springs, CO; two sisters, Lola Enss and Ruby Chaszar, both of Independence, MO; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Eugene Cox in 1959; and Eugene Francis Stiles in 1952; three brothers, Noah Peach, Earl Francis Peach and John Ivan Peach, and a sister, Ruth Decker.
Services are Wednesday at the George C. Carson and Sons Funeral Home, Independence. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence.
