The eighth of nine children, she was born at Jamestown, MO and departed this life at the Beaver City Hospital. Her husband was of Rosendale, MO and their family of four children was born at this address and the oldest child passed away in infancy here.
In 1931, the Blaser family moved from Rosendale, MO to Clayton,NM where they lived until 1949 when they came to Adams or Union Center community. In 1949 with her husband, moved their membership to the Union Center Methodist Church where they have been avtive members since that date. Nettie was a loving wife and mother, homeloving and industrious.
The other three children left to honor her memory besides her devoted husband, Fred, are Naomi Blaser of Liberak, KS; Mrs Ashley Fry (Mildred) of Falls Church, VA; Paul Blaser, Trupin, a daughter in law, Alberta Blaser, a son in law, Ashley Fry and grandchildren, Jewel Lynn and Pennie Laurie Fry of Falls Church, VA. She is also lovingly remembered by the following brothers and sisters, Mrs C.E. Schulze, Trupin; John Reuszer, Jamestown, MO; Sophia Bieri, Jamestown, MO; Mrs Emma Brosie, California, MO; Carrie Donnell, Kansas City, MO; Fred B. Reuszer, Liberal,KS and Henry C. Reuszer, Hooker. She was preceded in death by her father an dmother, also by an older sister, Mary Lewis, who preceded her just two months by breaking the chain of nine children in 82 years.
Funeral services conducted from the Union Center Methodist Church with Rev D.B. Horton officiating, assisted by Rev J.E. Thomas, a former pastor, from Lavanca, AR.
