Mrs. Madgie Mozell Smith, 78, Moulton 2, died Thursday at 11:42 p.m. at her
residence.

Services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Antioch Methodist Church with the Rev.
Bob Coleman officiating. Burial will be at Bald Knob Cemetery with Elliott
directing.

Survivors include four sons, Mitchell Smith, Decatur; S.J. Smith, Russellville;
Guy and Audrey Smith, Moulton; four daughters, Mrs. Onnie Long, Moulton; Mrs.
Fruman Strawn, Moulton; Mrs. Loyal Hill, Texas; Mrs. George Schlenz, Redding,
Calif; 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jim and Emmett
McNutt, Falkville; Two sisters, Mrs. Will Long and Mrs. Cliff Gillespie, both of
Moulton.

Pallbearers will be O.Z. Gillespie, Herbert Teague, Allison Smith, Johnny Long,
Sammy Smith and Starlin Strain.

She was a member of the Antioch Methodist church.

The body will be returned to the residence this afternoon and will remain there
until time to be taken to the church to lie in state for one hour.
