Professional Hockey Player. A native of Quebec, he was an eighth-round draft pick of the Washington Capitals in 1981. After six seasons with Washington, he played for the Quebec Nordiques and was a member of the Minnesota North Stars Stanley Cup team in 1991. He finished his NHL career with the San Jose Sharks and the Floirida Panthers, retiring after the 1995 season. In fourteen seasons as a forward, he played 1,028 NHL games, scored 179 goals, assisting on 254 and had 84 playoff game assists. In retirement, he worked as an assistant coach with the Quebec Rafales of the IHL and the Remparts of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
