Dawson, Julia Keenan Dawson, aged 23, of Sparta, Formerly of Grand Rapids passed away unexpectedly. She is survived by her husband of three years, Tim; Children Brittany, Jocelyn and Alexander Dawson, and Kevin Terrell; Parents Kevin and Tami Keenan; Grandparent, Barbara Flickinger, Father in Law Tom (Penny) Dawson; Mother in Law, Sue Dawson; Brother in Law Kevin (Melissa) Dawson; Her husbands Grandmothers Carol McLouth and Marion Culp; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Julia was a graduate of Northville High School. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2 Michigan NE, with Rev Dr Frank Graves Officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Reyers North Valley Chapel. A memorial fund has been set up at Valley Ridge Bank in Sparta for a reward for information regarding Julias death and for her childrens education.
NOTE: January, 2008, Julias husband Tim Dawson has now been arrested for her murder, over three years after her body was found dumped beside a highway in Montcalm County.

Timothy Dawson, husband of Julia, has been found guilty of First Degree murder of killing his wife. He will now face a mandatory life sentence in prison.
