Beloved wife of Bill for three years, daughter of Bill and Ann Whitaker, sister of John and Debbie, aunt to Brittany and Tommy, passed away on April 2, 2007. She is also survived by scores of loving friends and relatives. Susie was born in Inglewood, lived in Ventura until moving to Bakersfield in 1968. She graduated from Chipman Junior High, Highland High, San Diego State and Don Martins School of Broadcasting. She worked at KGFM, KERO, Channel 10 in San Diego, and KTLA in Hollywood. Services will be held Saturday, April 14th, 11:00 a.m., at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary, 2739 Panama Ln. In lieu of flowers, donations to our local SPCA (Susie loved her doggies!)
