Mr. Banks 81, died early Friday at his home, 701 Palm Street, Palm Beach, Florida, after a long illness. He had been a resident here since 1941, coming from Patterson Heights, Pa.
Survivers include his wife, Mrs. Emma Laura Banks; a son, Dr. Duane E. Banks, Akron, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Andrea McGaffick, Beaver Falls.
Services will be held at 7p.m. Monday at Mizell-Simon-Faville Chapel with the Rev. W. Morgan Lewis, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church officiating. The body will be taken Tuesday to Beaver Falls, Pa. for further services and burial.
