BILLIE RENAKER MARTIN, age 82, Evergreen Circle, Cynthiana, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Harrison County, January 31, 1925, to the late Calvin Joseph Martin, Sr., and Lillian Ammerman Martin, he was a former employee of Eckler-Moore Trucking and O.K. Trucking, a retired farmer and a 1942 graduate of Connersville School.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by: a daughter, Becky Lynn Martin; and three brothers, Reed Ammerman Martin, Sr., Joseph Henry Martin and Calvin Joseph Martin, Jr. He is survived by: his wife, Juanita Richie Martin; a son, Richard Calvin "Rick" Martin, Cynthiana; a brother-in-law, Donald Glenn "Ducky" Richie, Cynthiana; and three sisters-in-law, Jane Berry Martin, Judy Hill Richie and Mona Sue Richie Lucky, all of Cynthiana.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Battle Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Flora Schropshire Animal Shelter or one's favorite charity.
