The daughter of the late Omar D. and Martha V. Shaub Fellows, she was born April 22, 1909, in Burnside, N.Y. She was married to the late Harold L. Ashworth Sr., who passed away July 18, 1991. She was a member of the Westbrookville United Methodist Church, Westbrookville. Survivors include five sons, Harold L. Ashworth Jr., Robert E. Ashworth and Richard A. Ashworth, all of Westbrookville, David P. Ashworth of Little Mountain, S.C. and Walter E. Ashworth of Union, Maine; one daughter, Janet McCarthy of Poughkeepsie; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, at Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 East Main St., Port Jervis. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 6, at the funeral home. The Rev. James Beukelman will officiate. Burial will be in Westbrookville Cemetery, Westbrookville.
