Kathleen Drummond Brouwer of Parker, a desktop publisher, died Saturday at home. She was 50.

Mass of Christian burial will be said at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2746 E. Highway 86, Castle Rock. Interment will be in J.S. Parker Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 14, 1950, in Chicago. On April 13, 1996, she married Kendall J. Brouwer in Centennial.

She earned a degree from DePaul University. She was employed at Avaya Communications. Her interests included skiing.

She is survived by her husband; her mother, Loretta Drummond, Santa Monica, Calif.; two sisters, Jean Greenblatt, Chicago, and Mary Boshart, West Des Moines, Iowa; and four brothers, Patrick and Dennis Drummond, both of Culver City, Jim Drummond, Parker, and John Drummond, San Diego.
