Services were May 9 at Parker United Methodist Church. Interment was in Parker Cemetery.
She was born June 16, 1958, in Wheat Ridge. She graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 1976 and attended Colorado State University. On May 1, 1982, she married Steven D. Bullard, in Lakewood.
Mrs. Bullard was a member of Parker United Methodist Church, where she was active in the Children's Ministries Council, the PUMC Caroler and Cherub Choir Creature. She also worked as the church's consultant and organizational director. She served on the mountain view accountability committee and was president elect of the Northeast Accountability Committee. She was coordinator of the Northeast Science Fair, chairperson of Leadership Council, a member of the Northeast Mountain View Parent Teacher Organization and a Mountain View room mother. She also was a Bible study participant.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Shawn; a daughter, Lindsey; her parents, Lindle and Margaret Campbell, Wheat Ridge; a sister, Cherry Schreiner, Lakewood; and a brother, Lindle E. Campbell, Jr., Yuma.
