Funeral for Isbon Giddens Wetherington, 79, of Kirbyville was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Causey's E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial in Zion Hill Cemetery.
A native of Tampa, Fla., he lived in Kirbyville 15 years and was a retired engineer with a dredging firm.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Jewell Fyfe of Kirbyville; two sisters, Beulah Wetherington and Grace Wetherington, both of Tampa; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
