Mr. Jonathan "Les" Leslie Braddy
, 48, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, at his home in Tobaccoville. He was born Oct. 3, 1958, in Ware County, Ga., to John Henry Braddy and Elizabeth Ann Moss Braddy. Les was the owner and operator of Braddy Automotive in King. He was of the Methodist faith and a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Les was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Green Braddy. He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica of Tobaccoville; three grandchildren, Morgan, William and Andrea; his parents, John and Betty Braddy of Winston-Salem; a brother, Dennis Braddy (Chris) of North Augusta, S.C.; three aunts, Martha, Carol and Lillian, all of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Les will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel, with the Rev. Nathan Parrish officiating. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today, Jan. 23, at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
