graduate of Portage High School in 1989 and of Purdue University Calumet in
1993. He worked for Claritas Inc. of Chicago and formerly with Phelps Truck of
Portage. He was a member of Immanuel Luthern Church of Valparaiso. Survivors
are wife, Jennifer (nee Derer); parents, Sandy and George Ard; sister and
brother-in-law and niece Rhonda, Tom and Kristen Leucuta of Downer's Grove, IL.
A Memorial service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Valparaiso,
IN. on Sunday September 15, 1996 at 1 p.m. Memorials may be given to the
Porter-County Cancer Society or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
