Son of William Merton Denton and Emma Isabelle Smith Denton. Served in the U.S. Army in WWII, married to Ruth Evelyn Thompson on June 24, 1950. Occupation was a CPA. Don was very active in his church acting as Treasurer for several years as well as singing in the church choir. He sang many a solo on Sunday mornings and at other church related functions.
