PROVO, UT -- Kadee Ann Curtis passed away June 10, 2006, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born prematurely May 31, 2006, to Alicia Rene Hays Curtis and Matthew Kevin Curtis of Provo, Utah, Kadee weighed 14.5 ounces and was 10 inches long. She fought valiantly for life for 10 days under the watchful care of her doctors and parents.

Kadee is survived by four half-brothers, Connor Mark Curtis (1.5), Caleb Matthew Curtis (3), Caleb Michael Thornbury (3), and Jarom Alan Thornbury (5). Her maternal grandparents, Michael and Wendy Hays, reside in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and her paternal grandparents, Kevin and Laureen Curtis, reside in Alpine, Utah. A private graveside service will be held for immediate family on Saturday, June 17th, in the Ammon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in Kadee Ann's name to the March of Dimes.
