IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Wanda Terry Aber, 67, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 4, 2006, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of complications from cancer.

Wanda was born August 17, 1938, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Ernest Parley Terry and Berneice White Seipert Terry. She grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Emerson Elementary School, O. E. Bell Jr. High, and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She also attended Ricks College and Brigham Young University.

Wanda then worked out at the INEL site where she was the secretary to one of their newest engineers, Eugene Franklin Aber. They fell in love and were married on January 20, 1961, in Idaho Falls. Their marriage was solemnized March 28, 2001, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Wanda was a homemaker and mother and worked at the Site for several years before starting Terry's Answering Service and Professional Exchange, which she operated for 10 years. Gene passed away March 28, 1999.

An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Wanda served as a Stake Missionary and in various other capacities over the years. She enjoyed playing games with her family and friends, gardening, knitting, handwork, and reading. Wanda had a green thumb, loved making things grow, and was an excellent cook. She will always be remembered for being the greatest mother, companion, and friend.
