She was a Sunday School teacher for most of her life at Faith Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Edmonds; parents, Homer and Nancy Crow; daughter, Nancy Edweena Edmonds; sisters, Bertie Stover, Mary Lou Stephens and Maude Cagle; brother, Pete Crow; and one grandson.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Walker, Gainesville; son, Bobby Edmonds, Gainesville; sister, Lena Bell Edmonds, Gainesville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, in the chapel of McDonald and Rogers Funeral Home. The Rev. Willard Thomas, the Rev. Scott Culpepper and the Rev. James Ransom will officiate. Burial will be in New Holland Cemetery.
