Anthony, sixty-two years old, died Sunday afternoon at her home in Wyatt after an illness of six months. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran church at Woodland. Rev. A. A. Schlifke, the pastor, officiating. Burial was in the cemetery at the church.
Mrs. Anthony was born in Madison township Oct. 1, 1887, the daughter of Daniel and Margaret Roeder. She was married to Phillip Anthony on Dec. 7, 1907, at Woodland. she was a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran church at Woodland.
She is survived by her husband: one daughter, Mrs. Richard Beeher, Wyatt; three brothers, Jacob Roeder of Wyatt, Albert Roeder of Bremen, and Otto Roeder of south Bend; one sister, Mrs. Solomon Fox of Wyatt; and two grandchildren.
