Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother Hazel Jensen Curtis Bushman, born September 25, 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Edward Carl Norup and Agnethe Christensen Jensen passed away on October 9, 2006 in Bountiful, UT.
She married Dan R Curtis August 15, 1947 in the Salt Lake Temple. Dan died October 2, 1987. She married Harold Earl Bushman July 9, 1988 in Salt Lake City, UT. Harold died in January 2003.
Funeral services were held on Friday, October 13, 2006 at 12:00 noon, in the Val Verda 6th Ward, 2651 South 500 West, in Bountiful, UT. Friends attended a viewing at the church one hour before the service. A viewing was also held Thursday, October 12, 2006 from 6:00–7:00pm at the Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East in Murray, UT. A graveside service with family and friends was held in the St. George Cemetery, at 700 East 100 South in St George, UT on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 4:00pm.
