Minnieville Echoes [...]
The death angel has visited our neighborhood and taken from its midst a noble young fellow in the prime of manhood, Archie Bailey, who has been in declining health for about a year. His death was due to tuberculosis, followed by pneumonia. Everything that could be was promptly done, but without avail, and Wednesday [December 1, 1915] morning the end came, as a shock to the community, although it was not unexpected. To the grief-stricken father, the heart-broken mother and bereaved brothers and sisters our hearts have gone out in deepest sympathy
in their sad bereavement.
