Jack was born September 26, 1915 in Brownstown, Indiana to the late William Jasper and Olive (Walcott) Andrews. He retired from Western Electric as a tool and die maker in 1980 after 31 years. He is survived by one brother, Leon Andrews and was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Jack and Rose were married on February 24, 1940. They were both members of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Survivors include a daughter, Nancy A. Flagle; two grandchildren, Anita & Jeremy (Flagle) May and Ronald & Veronica Flagle; three great grandchildren, Brittany and Brodey Flagle, and Colin May; a nephew, Harold David & Coleen Bales. They were preceded in death by a son, Ronald "Ron" Andrews on May 5, 2006.
