ABREU, John A., 62, of Tampa, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2006, at his home. Born in Bronx, N.Y., John gave 26 years of service to Prudential Securities in New York and was a Navy veteran. He was an avid sports enthusiast and was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was Catholic and a member of Incarnation Catholic Church, Tampa. John is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Nellie; daughters, Monica Kreshik and Melinda Abreu; his mother, Gloria Abreu; sister, Janet Abreu-Fimbrez; and nephew, Justin Gonzalez. A funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at Incarnation Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla.
