MRS. JOHN T. ATWOOD
Mrs. Jessie Jane Atwood, 53, life-long Ozark resident, died at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Hospital after suffering a heart attack at her home.
She was a member of the Smyrna Baptist Church.
Survivors include, her husband, John T.; five sons, Eldon Earl of Marshfield, Charles Edward of the home, William Eugene of 1111 Hillcrest, Thomas James of Kansas City, Donald Lee of California; two daughters, Mrs. Irma Ruth Russell of 1731 East Blaine, and Mrs. Bobbie B. Earp of Route 3, Independence; two half-brothers, Woodrow Caves of Ash Grove and Everett Caves of Kansas City, three half-sisters, Mrs. Callie Warren of Kansas City, Mrs. Zeita Willis of California and Mrs. Ruth Nalley of St. Louis, and 11 grandchildren.
Services were to be held this afternoon at the Chaffin Chapel in Ozark, with burial in Ozark Cemetery.
