Betty Ann Bunn, 80, of 611 N. College St., Cedartown, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 25, in Pensacola, Florida.

Mrs. Bunn was a member of the First Baptist Church and a retired educator with the Polk School District. She was a Life member of the Junior Service Welfare League, a member of the Polk County Historical Society and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Annie Yates and her husband, Charles Carden Bunn, Sr.

Survivors include sons, Charles "Chuck" Bunn, Jr. and Robert "Bob" Bunn, both of Cedartown; daughters, Nancy Greer of Alpharetta and Mary Ann Seamon of Mr. Pleasant, SC; sister, Nancy Yates Suggs of Atlanta; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Litesey Funeral Home. Rev. Wayne Benefield officiated, and interment followed in the Greenwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Gil Kramer, Robert Bunn, Jr., Charlie Bunn, Russ Seamon, Matt Bunn, Logan Seamon and Carden Seamon.

The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
