Services for Mrs. Lillie Leona Sullivan, 86, Start, were at 2 p.m. Monday, July 15 at Start Baptist Church with the Revs. Ray Walters and Willie Woodward officiating.

Burial was in Monroe Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville.

Mrs. Sullivan died Saturday, July 13 at Richland Parish Hospital after a short illness.

She was a member of Start Baptist Church and had been a resident of Richland Parish for 48 years. She was a housewife.

Survivors include four sons, H. G. Sullivan of West Monroe, Ivey H. Sullivan of Start, James H. Sullivan and John Sullivan, both of Baton Rouge; six daughters, Gladys VanDenKooy of Las Vegas, Nve., Mary Taylor of Start, Elvie McGee, Ann Dungan, Frances Kirkley and Beatrice Spader, all of Baton Rouge; three sisters, Clarice Sanderson, Gustina Dillay and Gertrude Bennett, all of West Monroe; 35 grandchildren; and 63 great-grandchildren.

Grandsons served as pallbearers.
