Deceased Name: Thomas Leon Baize

BEAVER DAM - Thomas Leon Baize, 51, of Baizetown died Monday, March 10, 2003, in Hiram, Ga. The Bloomington, Ill., native worked at Young Manufacturing Co. in Beaver Dam, was a member of New Zion Baptist Church in Baizetown and a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Jones Baize; two sons, Tommy W. Baize and Daniel Baize, both of Bloomington; four daughters, Terry Amanda Augstin, Nona Keist, Sabrina Keist and Karla Keist, all of Bloomington; two grandchildren; his mother, Nancy Eschenbrenner of Bloomington; and two brothers, Ray Baize and David Baize, both of Bloomington.

Services are at 2 p.m. Friday at New Zion Baptist Church in Baizetown. Burial will be in Baizetown Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. today at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
