My favorite memories of her, and there are many, are of the times we visited Eldorado when I was pretty young. She gave my parents her bed and she would fold out the couch. She and I would sleep on the couch together, like a slumber party. She also had a plastic apron that she would put on me, pull up a chair to the sink and let me help her do the dishes or cook. She took great care of my brothers and me during the time that I lived next door after my parents divorced. I miss her dearly.
She married Archibald Buckley Goss, they had nine children. Gladys, Hazel, Arthur, Fred Allen, Lena, Ruth Azaline, Edith, Doyle, and my dad, Donald
They raised their children in Eldorado and they are buried with most of their children in the Eldorado Cemetery.
