Youngest son of James Isbell and Elizabeth Birdwell.

His death certificate lists Name of Cemetery: "Acuff Place."
An Isbell family history says: "They are buried at Acuff Cemetery."
There are tombstones for them at Pleas Mount Cemetery. The tombstone says Levi Isbell, not David Levi Isbell.
