She went to California to be with her sons David Edwin and William Eugene who both died in Sacramento.

Information found at the Kent Co Clerk's office is that she married George Tibbett 2/28/1882 in Grand Rapids and a divorce was found recorded in the "Grand Rapids Eagle" on their 2nd anniversary. I find no other confirmed record of George anywhere.
