Dr. Aillaud, a retired dentist, was born in Newton and was graduated from the University of Iowa Dental College. He practiced in Whittemore and Newton before moving to Des Moines 30 years ago. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Knights fo Columbus, American Legion Post 374, Elks Lodge 1270 in Newton, and the Iowa Dental Association. He was a Navy veteran of World War I and World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Frances.
