The Pierz Journal April, 1918 ..Flaudy Litke died at 11 o'clock this morning after a lingering illness of two months duration. He was about 46 years of age. Further particulars will be printed late.
Flaudy ( Vladislaus) Litke was buried in St. Joseph's cemetery Monday morning. He left a father, wife, and eight children, five brothers and eight sisters. Owing to total blindness and feebleness incident to old age, his father making his home in Kansas ( should say Canada) did not attend the funeral.
