CROSBYTON (Special) - Elvis Marley, 55, was pronounced dead on arrival about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Crosbyton Hospital following an apparent heart attack at his home, 10 miles northeast of Crosbyton.
Marley was a lifetime resident of Crosbyton. He married Viola May Campbell January 1939.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Yvonnda Walters of Crosbyton; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Marley of Crosbyton; two brothers, A. R. and Bill Marley, both of Crosbyton; and two grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending with King Funeral Home in Crosbyton.
