Mrs. Mary Stackhouse.
Mrs. Mary Stackhouse, wife of Edward Stackhouse, died at 5 o'clock last evening at her home two miles south of the city on the riverside road. She had been sick for some time and death was due to intestinal trouble. She was born in this county forty-one years ago and was well known. Mrs. Stackhouse was a member of the West Side M. E. church and was an earnest Christian. She was a devoted wife and mother and had many friends. Besides the husband she leaves three children. Eveline, Ernest and Dewey Stackhouse. The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock Friday morning from the residence. Rev. T. J. Bassett will officiate and the interment will be in the Sand Ridge cemetery.
